teva is big enough where they can file now with an eye on something to launch 10 years from now.

With a little luck, Teva will have the case wrapped up in their favor by 2015 and they can incorporate the 180-day Truvada revenue into their three-year EPS guidance! They won’t even have to pay overtime to their attorneys :- )
