UWKI is about to become a private owned company. Past shareholders of UWKI who have made the decision to hold their shares will be issued restricted shares in the new company. As a private owned company there is no need for a stock symbol as the shares will no longer trade on any stock exchange. There will no longer be any SEC filings to review.. And if your lucky the company may or may not mail out an occasional shareholder report..But don't count on it. And good luck trying to find someone to buy your shares.
