This is a bad way to start a business relationship and proves why HWBI needs SRSR's leadership. I would imagine a phone call or two has taken place to confirm that no PRs involving either company will be issued in the future without the mutual agreement and coordination of the other. If not, it should. And I don't know why this wouldn't have been set forth in the original agreement.
