Unless it's a one-time need for more shares related to closing the Berlin deal I see it as bad news that the authorized will have to be raised very soon and/or RS is on the horizon. Monthly burn was about 30M shares and this was more than double that rate. If RS is accompanied by other good news such as uplisting then it's a positive event.
