Well that is my point. he is and has undoubtedly been approached by other Angels. he knows what the start dates are and is doing his own DD for finding the best possible deal for himself the Company and then shareholders...

Something is better than nothing and if he loses control of his company he will know he did everything he could. he is not going to throw away those contracts..
