As far as I know, yes. But the Float Available of 1.4 million you have in the iBox, I don't buy that number .... do you know where that amount came from. Given the current Chapter 11 status, that doesn't seem very plausible, IMO.

Shares O/S ---------------------> 27.6 million
Shares Float --------------------->23.4 million
Float Available--------------------> 1.4 million*
