Dragon, I have not disagreed with you as for the need for 20 wells needed to build a pipeline. What I said was that the "Investor" apparently does not have money at this time to speculate (that means not enough money to drill until he finds 19 more wells, so he can then build a pipeline). Thus, it's up to Tom to find the CAPITAL to drill, knowing that when he finds enough gas, that this investor has agreed to build a pipeline.

Thus my statement of the two choices and at this time.
