I spoke for 40 minutes this morning with FVRL's CFO, Tamara Seymour. What a sweet lady. MMR's audited finacials are almost complete and an 8-K will be filed right after the merger closes, detailing everything we want to know about MMR and more. Tamara speaks with Robert Lorsch between 5 and 10 times each day. Tamara has no plans to sell her stock and I thought that was a compelling statement. With regards to Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Tamara states that they didn't buy stock in November and I even showed her the link that states "New Holding." According to Tamara, they were an old FVRL investor. With regards to Goldman Sachs, she was not aware they had bought stock in FVRL. We discussed the strong interest in MMR and we discussed that stock is definitely still being sold, although strong new interest has offset the selling. She stated that the company is not selling stock and that there are no new Form 4's filed this year, thus no one from FVRL is selling stock. She thinks (but not 100% sure) it's probably old institutional investors closing out their positions. I then told her about Rainmaker and all the great DD he's provided and that he alone can do more for companies than any IR firm could. I told her about investorshub.com and then walked her through the steps to find Rainmaker's board. She was pretty amazed that such a forum existed. She's going to share Rainmaker's board this afternoon with Robert Lorsch. I told her that once the selling was finished, the stock would most likely close the gap between $1.50 and .25, as many onlookers are aware of Lorsch's past accomplishments and his knack for touching something and turning it into gold. I brought up the Obama plan of the proposed $50 billion dollar injection into the electronic medical records industry and asked if Mr. Lorsch was going to seek some of this infusion cash. She stated that Mr. Lorsch's team was well aware of the Obama proposal and if there was any monies to be infused, he would certainly be right there fighting for a piece of it.

That's all I have for today.
