as FAR AS bCON IS CONCERNED two key factors IMO. fINIANCING FROM i BELIEVE ITS THE ny STATE POWER Authority and the stimulous package from the President. If we get one of two we go mback to a 1.00 by some miracle we land contract through the fed we go as high as 5.00.jmo
