This speaks more to the quality of management than the specifics of the article. This billing issue appears to have happened well over six years ago and while it says that Leatt was quite contrite and paid everything back, it does suggest that he does not take the high road in his business activities. So two years after getting kicked off the pink sheets the company still does not report in a timely manner, they cannot seem to get relisted, they have hired a bucket shop to do their IR and the stock trades at pennies per share. The most amazing thing is that the product is really good, and becuase of that they have sold a bunch of them. They did get an audit done and we see that there were problems with they way they set up the business early on. I still think the management is just in over the heads rather than being scum bags, but that is only a guess as they never show up anywhere or host investor conferences. At 8 pennies the financials would say its a screaming buy, but mgmnt history might suggest otherwise. Maybe this is the year they clean up their act, get their sht together and create some shareholder value....maybe not.
