Go to manta.com, register for free and then bring up Baron's and you'll see the numbers ($720K). All numbers are supplied by D&B. I think I'll take D&B's word over yours. In the end, the truth will come out that BIHC doesn't own Baron's anyways. Total scam any way you look at it, but if you believe Ed Hayter and Galo (if there is a Galo), then buy as much of the stock as you can. Hayter loves to pour the kool-aid and all who drink eventually find out it was spiked.
