This may be a scam, or maybe not. Time will tell. The one thing that is apparent is that right now we don't know if they're for real or not. Not one person on this forum knows for sure one way or the other. If they're a scam, they're pretty damn good, but most of the rational individuals here are rather inclined to deduce that the company is just struggling to make something happen right now. I'd have to believe that the constricted economy the past 7 months or so has been tough on any company trying to ramp up projects. They've been acknowledged in the past as having ties to some fairly high-profile companies as well as government figureheads. If Franklin was a scam, something tells me that the guy from E-Metaventure (respected guy, this consultant Franklin has apparently enlisted for support), Synfuels, the Argentinian government, the Bolivian government, and I'm sure there are others, if they smelled a rat at all, I'm firmly convinced that they would stop at nothing to publicly distance themselves from Franklin. The actual companies mentioned are primed and ready to leave a mark. JMO...
