ETF's and especially leveraged ETF's are having a greater
impact now then in the past. I have no doubt. When you can double
and even triple leverage as easy as ETF's make it no matter what "it" is,
whether it be long or short this activity has to be a factor.
All of course in my humble opinion.

TSO In today's annoucement I wonder who was the customer that
had to be written off ?
