Insiders create new stock and sell it into the market, diluting what existing shareholders own. The insiders can make money selling stock as long as they can get people to buy it. That's why you continually see OS and AS numbers going up and up while the PPS keeps going down.

You need to understand that basic concept before you have any chance at making money trading these pieces of....trash.
