I think it's insiders diluting and dumping, not naked shorters. We'll see. In most cases, it's the insiders doing the selling. I'm going with the odds.

Funny how often you hear about naked shorting when the insiders are diluting and dumping. Happens all the time.

If they were really making money, they wouldn't dilute. They'd go to the bank and borrow on the basis of their accounts receivable.
