Is there a chance IDIX might issue shares rather than a partnership deal to raise money to meet the cash burn for 2009?<

IDIX might opt to raise money in addition to inking a partnership deal for IDX899, but not in lieu of a deal. That an IDX899 deal will happen this year—probably soon—is IMO a fait accompli.
