"HAPPY", is your qualifier not mine. I have never owned a Pink Sheet stock whose press releases couldn't be picked apart in some way. Shareholders constantly want more information, and they want it all of the time. They are never satisfied with what the company releases, and constantly try to pry information out of everything and anything the can, regardless of whether it is inside information or not. Shareholders can sometimes be their own worst enemies, as their insatiable search for knowing what is going to happen before it happens, often leads to false rumors and guessing games that can spread like wildfires. These same rumors can be used by detractors of the company to demoralize shareholders. Being happy or sad about the present situation doesn't change it. I will be "HAPPY" when I see a profit. I am never "HAPPY" when I am down in a stock.
