Not yet. The company's lawyer paid a personal visit to the accountant's office this morning along with one of the company's major investors, and the accountant committed to them to having everything done by Saturday, January 17th. The company's lawyer believes that he then can review the statements and give everything to the company's SEC counsel in order to have it submitted to the SEC by Tuesday, January 20th. If all goes well from that point, we might be trading by mid-February. The continual misses of the target dates are discouraging, but it does seem as though progress is being made.
