The only reason anyone would pay to have the shares registered is to have liquidity.. While the stock may never trade it could be used to pay the sins of margin and sold to raise money for margin calls.. If the market continues to cave look for the sale of some of these shares.. At present the offer at $0.14 seems to have some size behind it..

As to the Dahlman comments,, I do believe that if Dahlman knew and continued the PP to make $3.5 Mil.,, it is no difference than DPDW taking the money with the same knowledge.. We will all get over if there is movement of DPDW to the level of the PP.. To those that wish to bail when they are 85% to 90% down on thier position selling here would be a foolish thing unless they were convinced DPDW was going BK.. That does not seem to be possible at present.. hank
