Whoever owns the stock owns the company. All
could be done by contract between BIHC and
Barons....remember restricted shares. How did
Ingala get his ownership of BIHC stock---on sheer
goodlooks---I don't think so? Sorry Robert ;)
There is an contractual agreement between Bihc and
Barons...that were sure of.....
