BIH Corporation (fka BIHC)

I am a LT holder of BIHC stock. Not bashing or looking for bad news. Just re-posting what was on the earlier post. Info. was taken from NJ official site. Why would it now show BIHC being owner if the are? Why the old owners name still showing as 100 percent ownership as of June 2008. That is what it looks like to me. Not saying it is right or wrong, just pointing out a question.
