And if ntmd sticks with Archemix maybe Deerfield thinks it will get a quarter for their shares. Deerfield made an assessment of what they think liquidation value may be and they think its a better option. Deerfield's main point, if you read the letter disclosed in an 8K, is they think ntmd dramatically overvalued Archemix in the exchange. i.e. ntmd shareholders got the short end of the stick.
