I disagree. Bird in hand. ntmd stock probably goes right back down to 30 cents or less without Deerfield pressing.

Archemix is likely just another garbage company. gsk signs dumb deals all the time.

Deal may well have not been done with a straight deck considering Bates is being retained as the Archemix ceo. So he has millions of incentive to get the deal done.

Will be interesting to see how this turns out.
