HCC. 60% of liver removed followed by recurrence at 5 weeks. Recommended for transplant but discovered it was metastatic to both lungs 4 weeks later.

No hep. No HIV. A glass of wine a night, in other words no cirrhosis. Idiopathic. Now inoperable.

On Nexavar. Side effects suck and truthfully not much expectation of efficacy per the clinical trial that was stopped in order to approve.

Hopefully soon to enter an experimental treatment.

Sad. Wife and two young kids.
