It's likely been a long time since the company itself sold. Like never.

Companies do not sell their stock in the open market. Microcap companies simply issue stock to finance guys and they sell it. Considering the OS here has not really gone up for a year, they aren't even doing much of that.

stupid question but I have to ask. Last time the co sold shares which MM was doing the selling. tia
