Generic, FWIW, the company filed the S-1 on behalf of an investor who wants out and holds convertable stock. I think he holds 17% of the OS (fully converted). He was lobbying for the company to be sold last year, but it never happened.

However, the seller recently bought 3 million shares of SPCB (Spectrum Brands).

The seller is Geoffrey P. Raynor. He is the sole shareholder of Scepter Holdings which is "General Partner" of Amalgamated Gadget, LP. He's a big-wig from Dallas TX.

I'm in SPCB big and hoping it runs. I've been accumulating for about a week in .09 range.
