Green, I agree that Laidlaw could have and should be more proactive in meeting with the people that matter. However, it's been my experience that those that have less to offer and have a concerned about their future, be it in the community or in trying to get their foot in the door, have a tendency to pull out all the stops when attempting to get in good with the potential customer/community.
