New Poster here. It seems as thow the city has a strong conflict of interest with regards to LLEG and Clean Power. Some one posted an article that read roughly that Clean Power was in the process of purchasing land from the city. If so, IMHO the Clean Power deal was contingent upon LLEG going away.

Clean Power Scenario: Berlin brought in Clean Power offering site and tax benifits in order to thwart LLEG purchase of the Mill site. IMHO Berlin wanted to use the money recieved from the Clean Power purchase in order to Purchase the Mill site or other needs.

Reasons: Clean Power only profitable with Tax incentives from the city. LLEG would ensure that it is not a profitable option.

LLEG Scenario:
Advantages: Ouput of two small biomass plants for the price of one. Centrally located to the resources needed. Investment committed to the site.

Disadvantages: The Berlin Mayor and some towns folk don't like it.

Bottom line: LLEG is the best option for NH and Berlin. I love this company and CEO. GO LLEG
