The following are documented numbers:

"a. Total assets $3,325,100,000"
b. Total debts (including debts listed in 2(c), below) $2,839,800,000
c. FNF stock purchase agreement: $282,000,000

Total assets a - b + c = $767,300,000
Number of outstanding shares: 14,469,000

Value of outstanding shares: $53/share

Why would anyone want to sell? It seems that worst case the share will be worth more than a dollar. Also, there appears to be many large shareholders that will need to vote on major decisions - they will not simply want to give up their shares without maximizing their profits...
