Hey JW, check out BLD. The volume has been low, but this thing is a low floater with 44% of the 13M float held by institutions. It has held the 1.22 (the 52 week low) twice now and there is good bid support at 1.25. They have solid revenues and profitability too. Obviously a risky play, but the low float could make this run hard with even a little buying power and the chart looks about bottomed. I have my stop losses set tight.
