what really PO's me is the autodialer connections where you have to wait 5-10 seconds before an operator actually gets connected to you. the only thing missing is the "please hold while i find someone to irritate you" message. usually, i wait until connected to hang up. i'm not waiting on hold for someone to sell me something.
