I agree totally Tom. What people need to appreciate is that alternative energy is NOT a local issue- it is a NATIONAL issue and will be a focal point of the new Obama administration. The whole issue of US energy independence transends local terratorial issues. As you quite rightly remark LLEG is a now a member of the Berlin community by virtue of thisd week's news. The shareholders of LLEG- its owners in fact- therefore have a say in events that transpire in Berlin that affect their company.

As you also state Tom the State of NH will review the development of the biomass facility by LLEG and HH as a matter of STATE importance, due to its size and potential economic benefit to the entire NH population.
