AMCG (.007x.009) OS 11.8 million UPDATE:

I’ve had this one on the back burner for a while but didn’t have time to look at it. (Thanks to those that helped!) The price is at it’s 52-week low, and you know I enjoy bottom feeding. ;) (market cap, $83K)

Main business is selling commercial, custom soil mixes and fertilizer in S.Florida. Last filing shows $339,000 in revenue for 3-month period in 2002. Who knows what it is now. They operate under the name Agro Soils. I talked to the guy in charge of sales and distribution. His name is John Stewart, 561-719-6711. He said they mostly sell in FL, but also ship some out of state. Sounded like they stay busy. Gave me the impression he’s been there a few years now. The main # for Agro Soils is 800-433-5552 (which is actually pretty cool that they have an 800#…not many Pinks even have a phone! LOL) Address, 5800 SW 177 Ave (& Krome ave), Miami.

After digging some more I found an interesting bit of information about the former President and probably why they ended up going pink. The dude was busted in Feb. for ripping off a trust account from some poor old lady and using the money to buy a position into AMCG and expand it as well. This all occurred from November 2000 to February 2003. Took a year to finally bust him. Hope he gets his!

I checked the SEC filings and called a few of the major shareholders. One by the name of Herb Gimelstob, who seems to be a big player in the Miami area, seemed pretty pissed by what took place by Claire but indicated he had his lawyers working it out. It sounded like he was comfortable with all this mess passing. I didn’t read all the filings, but I know he invested a lot in AMCG. Here is an unrelated link I found on him:

It was sort of funny though, I called his office and he has a secretary screen his calls. The secretary took my number and I figured I may never hear from him, but in about one minute my phone rang and it was him…I’m sure it was because I mentioned AMCG. LOL. But he was way cool to call and gave me the info. I thanked him greatly of course.

Anyway, that’s my DD. IMO this could bounce big given the slightest interest. I don’t think all those that hold the 11.8 million OS are thinking of bailing at .02. IMO once the former president’s crap is washed away, things could look nice from here. Let’s see.
