This will be sub penny before the reverse split is done.

Many people won't find out about the reverse split until it's too late. You'll notice there was no press release.

When the ticker symbol changes alot of shares get locked up in brokerage accounts, some for an hour, some for three days.

As soon as the shares are freed up the price will plummet again on the dump.

On most services like yahoo the price history will disappear.

This has all the markings of a management team that has thrown in the towel and plans to print and sell shares as a retirement plan.
