My guess is that the market knows best, that knowledge is reflected in the technical performance of the stock. You see, there are thousands of people that sell SNDK products out there, others that are involved in supplying SNDK with wafers, packaging materials etc. If SNDK order flows was suddenly improving these people would know first and cause some support to develop for the stock and we would not see support level after support level failing, thus my adage," When that Fundamentalles and Tecknickalles be notte gyevinge, be followynge ye Turneapes and in Tecknickalles believynge" (In Hungarian, when the TA and FA do not jive, believe the TA).
