It doesn't matter how many different ways you word it there was Dilution and an increase in OS!

It's got nothing to do with restricting shares to protect them better.

Stock dilution is a general term that results from the issue of additional common shares by a company!

Yes, your reasoning for dilution can be true, but unfortunately in pennyland the reasons for dilution are pretty much always the same excuse, no matter how they use the funds.

Not saying in this case or some other stocks it might benefit the company, that's suppose to be the real purpose for it, but somehow in pennyland it seems to become a floating fund for ceo's to use anywhere. We will see what happens here.

On the other hand what might end up maybe being beneficial for some companies in the long run, so often ends up being a disaster for investor's money that look long term.

If you need a little reminder of this go take a look where bdrr(beda) is right now and the same things were being said over there and i can give you tons of others. Of course we never know where it might be in a year or two, but the recent investors are holding their bag.

I sure would not want this one to end up in the same place and i do not make excuses for companies and there promises even when i hold their stock.

As i have said before, i love the idea of what advantages a public stock offers companies and investors, but to many of these companies abuse that privelge and mock investors many times while they do it and in so many different ways.

I am not saying that is the case here, time will tell.
