Statistically, sure there is. I think the poster mentioned at the "beginning of a sequences of moves as well" (so that's not so large a sample that it couldn't be all in one direction- especially if we are talking last 30 years, etc.).

I'm not saying my conclusion is such, but one could quote the historical...
