Interesting to see a fund liquidate shares instead of dollars. Of course makes sense as you mention with the illiquidity.
It'll be interesting to see more of these possibly going forward with funds blowing up...
This is the first case of this type directly dealing with something involving a company I directly own shares in for me.
SMID has the Al Frank fund as a big holder and is one I have a decent stake in with similar illiquidity. I probably ought to keep track of how the Frank funds are doing.
