LifeHealthcare,Inc. is presently a dividend to MTRE shareholders of record when the 1-1 dividend was dispersed.

As a dividend to MTRE shareholders this company will begin trading on the OTC.BB once MTRE up lists which should be very short term.

I among many MTRE shareholders am fortunate to be an original LHC shareholder and look forward to many years of growth of a company that by all appearances and filings will benefit shareholders in years to come.

This IMHO is not a short term hold but rather a long term hold.

I look forward to a company that begins trading on the OTC.BB as their first public trading act.

They will be dealing in the health care and dental products area.
