Your probably right about the SEC. If anyone here wants to see any action you need to build a case and submit it to the NYS office of the FBI for review. That is who the SEC contacts when they want to go after someone. MT and Theresa have committed fraud at minimum. That is fact. Fraud is a crime. Contact the NYS office of the FBI.
