Hi Fed; Keep in mind that it's the Fed Funds rate...and I sense strongly it will be no surprise. I sense too that while banks love to raise the prime they probably won't. But if they do, I expect it'll be a minor increase. They've got time, and when the time is right...when he general level of prices takes off, when gold takes off they [the banks] will probably raise the prime with a vengance. Remember late '79?
