Sorry for being obtuse. What I found interesting is that another company not spooz PR'd the AlgoServer (Spooz's TM name spelling) in Nov. of '08 as their algorithmic trading tool.
Also the TRADE NEWS - January 2009 has that same other company (Patsystems) PRing their algorithmic trading tool as AlgoServer spelled just as Spooz trademarked the spelling.
