Nobody is blaming Hemi for a motorcycle wreck, and yes, someone from Hemi did speak to one of Clinton's aids, so we heard. But when the aid found out Hemi was an oil & gas company they were not interested in an exchange, according to what we were told. (this is not Hemi's fault either. If an aid was not interested in talking to an oil and gas company that would not be a good way for a political operative to behave, if it actually happened that way)
But Hemi saying they would make themselves available to Senator Clinton was a bid ostentatious. (characterized by or given to pretentious or conspicuous show in an attempt to impress others: an ostentatious dresser.)
The press release could have at least said that Hemi hopes that Senator Clinton could make HERSELF availabe to a discussion with Hemi, not the other way around.
Very bad use of a PR on Hemi's part!
