\i think what \i meant to say is that \i think there is no point in buying this stock at this point. \i see nowhere it can go but down from here even further. \i think it is just taking it's time.

What you are talkign about is the spin-off shares available to those that decide to hold. \that decision is one \i thnkfully do not have to make, so \i cannot try to make it for those that do hold shares. \fact is though, the spinoff shares only represent potenital future revenues of a fuzzy entity of unkown capital structure. \they are also restricted \9can't be traded\0.

\so, my point is this is one that is dead. \not sure why people would still be buying unless it is just speculation, ST trading.

\there is one major institutional shareholder left that has 1\m shares.. imagine what would hapen of they dumped it....
