no your confused the Judge told Frank to pay the ex-ployees and their lawyers and frank said he can't and Judge says you will have too.

Different court. QTN's assets were to be liquidated to satisfy the Firestone judgment. Gouveia and the Obion Group scammers were attempting to recover QTN's assets to line their own pockets with. The Court gave Firestone injunctive relief and the QTN ASSET RECOVERY PLAN was nipped in the bud.
