Its a civil matter. They are probablly 'trying' to locate any assests Frank has in 'his' name and attach them. But Frank , as a con, has next to nothing in 'his' name. Remember Frank had a half a dozen aliases. Ref. Firestone lawsuit.


The Judge told O.J. he had to pay the Goldmans $30 million. I think you know how that turned out. Same thing may happen to Frank. But he is a crook and could carealess.
