If JPM is looking at a potential deal, there's no way they'd do so before a judge formally gives WMI the 4 billion... etc.

I wouldn't expect to see a deal before that happens, though again, the timing of the 29th day after the end of the year selling makes me curious as to if someone wanted to make sure to capitalize on people who would dump at the end of the year and not be able to get back in... or someone looking to dump toward the end and then get back in right before the 29th.

That's wild speculation, I know... but I can't be the only one that thinks the 29th as the "money" hearing is curious, what with end of the year selling and all.
