The guy has a very good point. I think that if they dont come to a mutually agreed settlement and WMI even files a lawsuite it will cause a lot of people to want to own the current stock and the the pps should explode. Once a court action is filed against JMP and the FDIC/OTS discovery itself and the publicly available information that will be available and the numbers that will be tossed out will let everyone know what the value of the stocks will be and longs will be happy. JMO but I think it would be hard to not see a jump in interest if a multi multi billion dollar lawsuite is filed and its proven beyond a doubt that WMI is going after JMP and willing to fight tooth and nail to get as much money as they can for what happened to thier bank.
