Takeover deal fell through causing drop from 14$ to first 8$ and now further lower.

Takeover company JDAS had trouble getting financing done in current times and asked for negotiating lower price.
ITWO did not accept that.

As a result JDAS has to 20 million in compensation to ITWO, itwo communicated that the associtated cost to them would be about 3.5mln dollar.
