IMO, we will hear from the Company...

with-in the next few days. Alot of answers
will be revealed, and we will be able to
have a more detailed analysis to better
figure out what we have and dont have here.

Keep in mind most questions have been answered,
and although they may be a smaller Company,
they will be sitting much prettier, especially
on paper.

Remember, with all that Cash they have ($235M)
they could literally buy the entire Float for only
approx. $800K. This also adds the question whether
they may initiate something to reach the $1.00
level by the 29th or not. IMO, they will not, as
the new flexible Laws for 2009 due to the economy,
as much as a 120 day grace period may go into
effect to reach the required amount.

So many good things could come out of this for
the Company. This will be exciting if nothing
else. And as I said, the details IMO, should
come via News Release from the Company in the
next few days, or when they are allowed to,
following the court rulings.
